This post was inspired by a recent article about businesses taking advantage of their towns and communities without giving back. The article describes how Leaders need to consider what distinguishes their company and what value their business adds to that countries and markets.
That same question can be applied to network marketing leaders who are actively working hard to grow their business.
You can take the same questions and rewrite them to apply to recruiting new business owners or distributors.
Do you have a strong sense of leadership responsibility to work closely with your team?
Does your training and systems add to your downline community to make them successful?
The main point is to look for a symbiotic relationship and not just using people, enticing them to sign up to earn bonuses and then never help them be a success. This is what gives the industry a bad name. You have to have the mindset to not have 95% of your downline fail. It means you must be selective in who you sign up and then make sure you have proper systems in place to help them succeed under you.
If your downline is leaking distributors on a regular basis, then you need to review your relationships with your downline, connect with them, and give plenty of training and help to them. Of course we highly recommend the internet to leverage your time. It makes no sense to be on the phone 24 hours a day calling each person to share the same information.
Never stop learning.
